How to use the Client Dashboard

Access your secure Client Area, then manage your account, hosting services, domains, DNS records, invoices, and support requests.

Before you begin: sign in to your 6axis Client Area. This guide uses sample account information, so your services and totals will look different.

Accessing the Client Area

Returning clients can sign in through the secure portal, while new clients can continue directly to their Client Area after completing an order and creating an account.

Sign in as a returning client

The Secure Client Login page gives returning clients and authorized users access to the Client Area.

  • From the 6axis website, open Support in the top navigation and select Client Login.
  • Enter the email address and password associated with your account, then complete the reCAPTCHA check.
  • Select Remember Me only on a private device. Use Forgot? if you need to reset your password.
  • Select Login to open the Client Area Dashboard.

Enter the Client Area after your first order

New clients see this confirmation after purchasing a product and creating their 6axis account.

  • Save the displayed order number and check your inbox for the confirmation message.
  • Follow the email-verification link to confirm your new account. Use Resend Email Verification Email if the message does not arrive.
  • Select Continue To Client Area to open the new account dashboard.
  • If you contact Support about the purchase, include the order number shown on this page.

Dashboard and navigation

Start with the account overview, then use the left navigation and profile menus to reach every part of your Client Area.

Understand the dashboard overview

The dashboard brings your account summary and most-used actions together on one screen.

  • Review totals for services, domains, unpaid invoices, and tickets.
  • Open active products, recent tickets, domain registration, contacts, and news.
  • Use the profile card to update account information or log out.

Respond to important notifications

Notices appear across the top of the dashboard when your account needs attention.

  • Verify your email address or resend the verification message.
  • Review approaching domain expirations and renewal reminders.
  • Use a hosting service’s Manage menu to open cPanel, Webmail, or its details.

Open your account menu

Select your name in the upper-right corner to manage account and sign-in settings.

  • Open account details, users, payment methods, contacts, security, and email history.
  • Manage your profile, switch accounts, or change your password.
  • Use Logout when you finish working in the Client Area.

Select Billing in the left navigation to open financial and payment options.

  • Review invoices and quotes.
  • Use Mass Payment when paying multiple eligible invoices together.
  • Manage the payment methods saved to your account.

This page controls the contact and billing information connected to your 6axis account.

  • Edit your name, email address, phone number, and preferred language.
  • Maintain the billing address, default payment method, and billing contact.
  • Choose which general, invoice, support, product, domain, and affiliate emails you receive.

The services list combines hosting, website, graphic-design, media, and maintenance products.

  • Review each product’s price, billing cycle, next due date, and status.
  • Search for a service or open its additional options.
  • Place a new order or view add-ons available for an existing service.

Manage an Aerial hosting service

The hosting details page displays service status, resource use, cPanel tools, email creation, and billing information.

  • Open cPanel or Webmail, change the service password, or request cancellation.
  • Use shortcuts for email, files, backups, domains, databases, cron jobs, and statistics.
  • Review disk and bandwidth use before creating additional resources.

Review a graphic-design order

Design product details summarize the selected package, project specifications, associated website, and payment information.

  • Confirm the service status, registration date, one-time price, and payment method.
  • Review the ordered design format and dimensions.
  • Confirm the working guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy attached to the project.

Domains and DNS

Review domain status, renewals, nameservers, transfer protection, DNS records, and other registration features.

Use care with domain settings. Incorrect nameserver or DNS changes can interrupt your website and email. Contact 6axis Support if you are unsure which values to enter.

Review your registered domains

The domain list provides a quick view of each registration and its renewal status.

  • Check the next due date, automatic-renewal setting, and current status.
  • Search for a domain or open its management options.
  • Renew a domain, register a new one, or start an incoming transfer.

Check domain and SSL details

The overview summarizes the registration, billing, and certificate information for one domain.

  • Confirm domain status, registration date, next due date, pricing, and payment method.
  • Review SSL detection, start date, issuer, and expiration date.
  • Use shortcuts to change nameservers, update WHOIS information, change registrar lock, or renew.

Control automatic renewal

Auto Renew determines whether a renewal invoice is automatically generated before the domain expires.

  • Leave the switch on to receive the renewal invoice automatically.
  • Turn it off only when you do not intend to renew through the account.
  • Always review the next due date after changing this setting.

Choose your domain’s nameservers

Nameservers determine which DNS provider controls the domain’s website, email, and other records.

  • Keep the default nameservers when using the standard 6axis DNS service.
  • Select custom nameservers only when another provider gives you the exact values.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for saved changes to propagate.

Protect against unauthorized transfers

Registrar Lock prevents the domain from being transferred away without authorization.

  • Keep the lock enabled during normal use.
  • Disable it temporarily only when you are intentionally transferring the domain.
  • Re-enable protection if the planned transfer is cancelled.

Manage optional domain features

Add-ons extend privacy, DNS hosting, and email-routing capabilities for the selected domain.

  • ID Protection helps hide personal registration information and reduce spam.
  • DNS Host Record Management provides externally managed DNS hosting.
  • Email Forwarding routes messages to alternate email addresses.

Create private nameservers

This advanced page creates and maintains branded nameserver hosts beneath your domain.

  • Register a nameserver name and its IP address.
  • Replace the IP address assigned to an existing nameserver.
  • Delete a nameserver that is no longer in use.

Add or edit DNS records

DNS Management points hostnames to websites, mail services, verification providers, redirects, and other destinations.

  • Enter the host name, record type, address or value, and priority when required.
  • Use Save Changes only after verifying every value with the destination provider.
  • Use Cancel Changes to discard unsaved edits.

Request a domain transfer code

The EPP or authorization code confirms that the domain owner approves a transfer to another registrar.

  • Confirm the registrant email address is current before requesting the code.
  • The requested code is sent to that registrant email address.
  • You may also need to disable Registrar Lock before starting the transfer.

Billing and invoices

Review charges, payment status, and due dates from your account’s invoice history.

  • Review the invoice number, issue date, due date, total, and status.
  • Search the history when you need a specific transaction.
  • Open an invoice to see its line items and available payment options.

The ticket list keeps your account’s support history organized by department and status.

  • Review the department, ticket number and subject, status, and last update.
  • Search for an earlier request or open a new ticket.
  • Select a ticket number to read the conversation and respond.

Start a request by selecting the team best suited to answer your question.

  • Client Billing handles billing questions.
  • Technical Support handles website, hosting, email, and DNS problems.
  • Sales handles purchases; Inquiries handles general product and service questions.

Read and reply to a ticket

The ticket page combines request details, the message history, response controls, and optional CC recipients.

  • Confirm the requester, department, dates, status, and priority.
  • Read the conversation and use Reply when more information is needed.
  • Replying to a closed ticket may reopen it.
